Noida leads NCR’s way
Corporate entities like Godrej Properties, Tata Housing, Lotus Greens, ACE, Logix and Supertech are eyeing one of Noida’s upscale locations
Developed across 600 acres, Noida’s Sector 150 is termed the green paradise of the National Capital Region (NCR).
Besides its other advantages, the expansive green surroundings of Sector 150 are an added attraction that ensures healthier lifestyles for residents, as almost 85 per cent of the area is under green cover.
Known as one of the best sectors in the NCR with state-of-the-art infrastructure, it has emerged as one of the hottest destinations for residential as well as commercial users. Many corporate entities, MNCs, IT and ITeS companies are setting up offices in this location.
Naturally, Sector 150 is poised to become the first area in Uttar Pradesh to have established core IT infrastructure to facilitate and enable proper work-life balance. Incidentally, this is Noida’s first sector, equipped with underground wiring.
Additionally, most leading schools and colleges are present within the vicinity. Markets, malls and other modern amenities are also a short drive away from Sector 150.
The convenient location ensures speedy access to the DND Flyover and Kalindi Kunj, facilitating fast journeys to the capital. While the Metro Station at Sector 18 is driving distance, another proposed Metro Station is located only 4 km away. The area provides ease of connectivity, considering its proximity to Expressways such as the Noida-Greater Noida-Yamuna Expressway and the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway.
These Expressways will help decongest Delhi and curb commuters’ travel time by allowing them to avoid entering the Capital en route to other destinations, further boosting realty players in Sector 150.
Significantly, there are plans to develop a sports city in the sector. The sports city will go a long way in establishing sports infrastructure, enhancing the prospects of Sector 150 emerging as a hot sports destination as well.

Sector 150 is one market that has witnessed growth in the residential segment during the past year. It is now poised to offer varied options to homebuyers via numerous upcoming projects.
These offerings are at different price points that will suit every pocket, including homebuyers seeking lavish lifestyles via premium projects. The maximum units available here fall in the 2BHK or 3BHK category.
With some projects already under construction or nearing completion, it is an ideal time to buy for home seekers. And given the multiple advantages of the region, it is also an appropriate moment for investors as well as developers to make judicious investments.
