The manufacturer has also replaced the XT 300 and the UT 300 with the new Mojo 300 ABS.
Mahindra has launched the new Mojo 300 ABS in India at Rs 1.88 lakh (ex-showroom India), making it around Rs 4,300 more expensive than the XT 300. The manufacturer has also replaced the XT 300 and the UT 300 with the new Mojo 300 ABS.
The new Mojo 300 ABS is basically a blend of its two previous variants. So it shares its design with the UT 300 and gets some cycle parts from the XT 300 as well as the UT 300. Sounds confusing, right? Well, we have done an in-depth story explaining the new Mojo 300 ABS, which you can read over here.
Powering the new Mojo 300 ABS is a 295cc liquid-cooled motor, which is fuel injected and is BS6-ready to meet the upcoming emission norms. This motor pumps out 26PS and 28Nm of torque, which is similar to the now-discontinued XT 300 variant. Transmission duties are taken care of by a 6-speed gearbox.
In terms of rivals, the 2019 Mahindra Mojo 300 ABS goes up against the Bajaj Dominar 400, which retails at Rs 1.8 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). We will be getting our hands on the new Mojo 300 ABS soon, so stay tuned to BikeDekho for our first ride report.
