Fitch reaffirmed India's rating at 'BBB-' with a Stable Outlook saying the rating balances a strong medium-term growth outlook.
Asian Development Bank said growth should pick up to 6.5 per cent in the next fiscal year with supportive policies.
Since December 2016, Kshatrapati Shivaji is working with the Asian Development Bank as an executive director.
Growth in the region was 5.9 per cent in 2018.
ADB maintained India’s 7.2 per cent growth projection for next year.
The ADB, however, maintained that India would continue to remain the fastest growing major economy, ahead of China.
For the south Asia, ADB said outlook remains robust, with growth projected at 6.6 per cent in 2019 and 6.7 per cent in 2020.
The project will be taken up in Khowai, Ambassa, Dharmnagar, Kailashahar, Udaipur, Bishramganj and Belonia.
