India is the fourth most optimistic nation about hiring plans for the next three months globally.

JLL India had posted a revenue of Rs 3,420 crore during the financial year 2017-18.

On hiring across experience levels, the survey states that the maximum hiring would be in the experience band of three-five years followed by one-three years.

The industries that might drive hiring are IT, BFSI and BPO with over 80-85 pc recruiters indicating creation of new jobs.

Infosys, which has over 2.29 lakh employees, is also battling high attrition, although the company asserted that this has not impacted its deliverable.

Almost 58 per cent employers have a positive outlook on hiring, while only 10 per cent of employers said layoffs are on the cards.
